Hi I'm Berrett

I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

About Me

I'm a family man, a pilot, an avid skiier and off-road motorcycle enthusiast. I studied Mechanical Engineering in College and went on to become an Air Force pilot for 11 years. Now I have settled down and am working in the civilian aerospace sector. I am happily married with four children and live in Colorado, US.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have come to know it is true by trying my best to live the teachings of the Savior Jesus Christ. He has brought such joy into my life and the life of our family. His Spirit has touched my life and witnessed that He lives and loves us.

How I live my faith

I try to remember Heavenly Father each day by praying to Him, studying His word, and then trying to live His teachings. I often fall short but feel His redeeming power encouraging me to repent and become closer to Him. The more I feel His love, the more I want to share it with others.

In whom should we have faith?

I have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. His life, teachings, and atonement will bring joy and salvation to me as I strive to know and follow Him. Faith in Christ brings me peace now, and hope for the future. I feel His love and concern for me and all the sons and daughters of God. Show more Show less

Do Mormons regard the Bible as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints revere the Bible as the word of God. The Old Testament is a record of God's dealings with mankind before Christ's birth. The New Testament is a record of Christ's birth, earthly ministry, establishment of His church, and his supreme sacrifice and resurrection. I am so grateful for those who kept and preserved this witness of Jesus Christ. Show more Show less
