Hi I'm Carrie

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a really great husband. We have been married for nine years. We live the american dream; a house four kids and a dog. I am a stay at home mom so I get to enjoy my kids along with laundary and cleaning house and making meals. I LOVE doing it and wouldn't trade it for any job in the world!!!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that Jesus Christ lives and that, through the Prophet Joseph Smith, Christ's church was restored to the earth, and that church is The Chuch of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints(Mormon church). I know that President Thomas S. Monson is the Lord's prophet for this time and that he tells me what the Lord would have me do.

How I live my faith

I hope that I am living the way Heavenly Father would like. I hope that I am decent and kind to others that I show love and compasion for others.

Why is authority to perform a baptism important?

Carrie
It is important to have authority from Jesus Christ in order to be baptised a memeber of his church, because having the authority means that you are acting for Christ. He would baptise you if he could but since he cannot baptise everyone he has given certain worthy people the authority to do it for him. Without authority we are not acting for Jesus so our baptisms are not for him. Show more Show less
