Hi I'm Michelle

I'm a daughter, mother, wife, and friend. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have three children - one girl and two boys - who keep me busy all day. I grew up in Southern California, studied English in Utah, froze in the Midwest as my husband finished law school, and finally settled in the the beautiful Salt Lake City valley. I love it here and I love my life.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon is all I know. I was born into a mormon family and was raised to live my faith. I have always tried to do my best - to live up to the standard that was expected of me - and though the years, I have been truly converted over and over again. I have never considered another way because in living my life, I have experienced peace and joy and true spiritual wholeness. I have felt the spirit testify to me that what I know and live is true. My Savior knows me and loves me and through him, I can be perfected and return to him. And also through him, my sweet children and my husband - the love of my life - can be with me forever. Christ is the only way. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday. There is no facet of my existence that isn't influenced by what I believe. I go to church every Sunday and teach my kids to worship reverently and sincerely. I participate is our church's women's group. I try to pray and read The Book of Mormon everyday as well. Every Monday night, my husband and I try to have Family Home Evening with our children - a time we spend together having fun or learning about spiritual things.
