Hi I'm Emily

I'm a mom, wife, and an obsessive crafter. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a happy stay at home mom of a very fun loving little boy. I love reading, crafting, and photography. Before making the transition to being a stay at home mom I taught Pre-K. I loved seeing the 'light bulb' turn on in their minds. I try to make sure to have those moments often with my son. Now that I saw home my days are filled with play dates, library time, and simply enjoying my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been blessed with a family rich in pioneer heritage that dates back to the early days of the church in England. After my ancestors were baptized, they made the decision to come to the US and move westward with the saints. Although I was born into the church, I am a Mormon because I know that this is the true church. I have a firm testimony of its teachings. I know that President Monson is our prophet today. He will continue to lead and guide us. I am a Mormon because it is what I know is right.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by simply being me. Being Mormon has shaped me into the person that I am today. Whether it's on Sunday when I'm working with the children in our ward, or simply hanging out with a friend - I'm living my faith. I have chosen to live a clean and chaste lifestyle, one that I am proud of. I try my hardest to incorporate my faith in my actions on a daily basis.
