Hi I'm Mitch

I ride dirt bikes, mountain bikes, off road, and rock climb. I'm a husband, a father, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest in a family of four boys. Growing up, we always had fun together whether it was riding dirt bikes, building bike jumps on my driveway, or just running around the house driving our mother nuts. In high school I played tuba in both marching band and concert band for two of the years. The things I love doing most are extreme sports. The ones at the top of my list are dirt biking, snowboarding, mountain biking, and rock climbing. I also enjoy building things and making them actually work and be useful. After finishing high school, I went to BYU Idaho for one semester and then I served a full time mission in the California, Roseville Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

Well I was born into a family that were members of church and I was baptized when I was 8. I am still an active mormon because I have come to know through experience, knowledge, and feelings that this lifestyle and religion greatly blesses my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving as a missionary, and by inviting others to come closer to Christ. I also strive to keep the commandments as outlined in the scriptures and as given to us by our living day prophet. I love giving service to others and being able to show my love for them that way. Amidst all that, I mostly like working hard, and playing harder.

Who wrote the Book of Mormon?

Many ancient prophets in the Americas wrote the Book of Mormon. It is compiled similar to the Bible in that several people have writings in it. After a long time, Joseph Smith translated it by the power of God. Show more Show less
