Hi I'm Michael

I'm a math nerd and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am from southern California and just finished being a missionary for two years in Minnesota. I am the youngest of four with two sisters and one brother. I love math, reading and cooking.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. However, while I was a teenager I began to really want to know if what I was being taught was true. So I began to read The Book of Mormon and to pray and ask God if it was true because I knew if that was true then the rest of what I had been taught was true as well. It took alot of studyand prayer for me to get my answer and to recognize it, but one day while I was out teaching someone with the missionaries from our church my answer came. It wasnt anything big just a sweet, calm, reaasuring feeling that what I had learned was true. That feeling was the Holy Ghost testifying to me that The Book of Mormon was true. That is the reason that I am a mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by studying the scriptures, praying, repenting and I also do my best each day to live life how the Savior would. I serve and help all those that I can. I am not perfect but i face each day with faith that i can improve and become better.

No. Show more Show less

What is the Book of Mormon?

The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. It does not replace the Bible in any way shape or form. It is used hand in hand with the Bible and together they serve as a stronger witness that Jesus is the Christ. Just as The Bible was written by prophets in Jerusalem and that area of the world, The Book of Mormon was written by prophets living on the american continents. Show more Show less
