Hi I'm Lindsay Richelle

I'm a Mormon, and I love it!

About Me

Im Lindsay Richelle. I am 19 years old, and a convert to the church. I have been a member for just over two years now.. I am so grateful. I am in my first year of nursing, and I enjoy Moksha hot yoga, Zumba, and playing piano. My best friend in the world is currently serving a mission in Utah!

Why I am a Mormon

When I think of this question, what comes to mind is the feeling at my baptism. That feeling alone could make someone stay happy for eternity. I know this church is true. I can almost guarantee that if you have a willingness and open heart to learn, you can feel exactly what I felt two years ago, and you will never want to give it up. One summer I read a book, I listened to church music, and I changed entirely as a person. The conversion that took place inside my heart was amazing. Once you know, you know. I can feel Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ's love for me. Its tangible. I can feel it everyday. Every single individual can come to know the same thing as me. They can start to live with purpose and meaning and truly know that the choices and decisions they make are due to the Lord's hand in our life. I have been blessed with an amazing family, with a boyfriend beyond all imagination, and with friends that are my soul mates and support system through the good and bad. The gospel of Jesus Christ is real and it is so sweet. There is nothing, and honestly nothing, better than feeling the spirit each day inside of me. I am a daughter of God, I have divine roles and responsibilities that I am looking forward to fulfilling. Life has such great purpose and potential now. I love my Heavenly Father. I love Jesus Christ, and I know he lives.

How I live my faith

It is simple. I read the scriptures, and I pray and build a relationship with my Heavenly Father. Each day my testimony and love and understanding of the gospel grows. It is so hard to stand tall and resist all of the world's temptations. However, I know that we will never be given a challenge or trial we can not handle. Always remember to pray. He does listen I promise.
