Hi I'm Sheryl

I grew up in Georgia, I love genealogy and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife, mother & grandmother. My husband and I are on our own and we love our time together. I have worked in an office environment for over 30 years, ranging from Office Manager, to Vice President and now at a much slower pace, administrative assistant. I love my husband, my children, my grandchildren, genealogy, gardening, bowling, and my miniature schnauzer, Shelley. I enjoy teaching at church, singing in the choir and most of all, I love the gospel and the joy and comfort it brings into my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I love the gospel. I love all that the gospel teaches about Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I love knowing that we have a living Prophet upon the earth to help lead and guide us. I love knowing that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by keeping the commandments of the Savior, following the counsel of a living Prophet and by sincerely trying to serve the Lord and my fellowman on a daily basis.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Sheryl
For me a testimony is the assurance of the reality, truth, and goodness of God, of the teachings and atonement of Jesus Christ, and of the divine calling of latter-day prophets. Show more Show less
