Hi I'm Celsa.

I'm originally from Puerto Rico. I'm a high school teacher. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 27-year-old who loves to learn and as a result, I love to read. I'm nearly insatiable when it comes to reading, but I have a particular fondness for detective fiction and Toni Morrison. I also have a fondness for creative endeavors and love theatre and photography. I am on the verge of starting college again so that I could take my teaching career to the next level.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that His Gospel is sustaining me during life's trials and tribulations. As I grow older, I realize how blessed I am to be one of His children. He loves us so much that not only did He send His only son to die for our sins, but that He has set apart a living prophet to help guide us during these difficult times. I continue to follow His Gospel because it has brought my family closer together and it has enriched my life in numerous ways.

How I live my faith

I am participating in my church by attending frequently. I look forward to receiving a calling soon. I was previously the representatives for my ward's young single adults. I have also given talks on different aspects of the gospel and love being able to share my testimony with my brothers and sisters.

What is being a Mormon like?

Celsa.
Being a member of the Mormon Church is great! Life is so much more harmonious being a member because I have a great peace of mind. I am just like anyone else I have a career, I have family, and I have friends. However, I also have this great Gospel in my heart and I love having opportunities to spread the Gospel to others.
