Hi I'm Chris

I'm all about making life count, this gives me a chance to truly do this. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Well lets see, I have a very active lifestyle. Always have to be doing something to keep me busy. Ever since I was a kid I had a passion for sports. Grew up playing soccer then moved to football and ended up wrestling in high school. Sports are something that keep me physically active and help me release some stress. Music also plays a big role in my life. I enjoy playing all sorts of instruments but my favorite one is the guitar. Music has the power to ease and inspire others, through it you can express many things. I enjoy balancing my life in all aspects and making everything I do count. Currently I am serving a 2 year mission for the LDS church in which I am given the wonderful opportunity to share with others how to make life count. Well thats a bit about me....

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be Mormon simply because my Heavenly Father expects it of me. As I was investigating the church I was always invited by the missionaries to pray to know if these things are true. "If it were only that simple" I used to think to myself. But we sometimes try to complicate things a little too much. It really is a simple process to find out if it is true and the missionaries did an awesome job at guiding me through the process. Being Mormon is more than a religion to me, it gives me the opportunity to have a personal relationship with God and Jesus. Being a member of the church has improved my life in so many ways it would be hard to list them all. I finally understand why I am here and what I need to do in order to make it to the place God has prepared for all of us. God wants us to know these things we just need to let him guide us through it.

How I live my faith

Well they way I strive to live my faith is by trying to be an example as much as I can. I am no where near perfect but I try to improve every day. It has been great when my friends have asked me why I live a different style of life than most. I am serving in the Idaho Pocatello Mission at the moment, a two year mission for the church in which I have the wonderfull opportunity to share the gospel with others.
