Hi I'm Michelle

I 'm a caregiver, and I'm a Mormon! And I love it!

About Me

I'm 25 years old. I lost my mom when I was five years old. My dad raised me for 17 1/2 years by himself. We never got along very well.. The last six months of his life I took care of him. I had to drop out of school and stop working. I lost my father in June of 2010. I am an only child. I have lots of extended family members but we are not very close to each other. I am grateful for good friends that help me in life and several women who have become like mothers to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I have a testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I know that the Church is true. I know I am a Daughter of God. I know that the Prophet Joseph Smith saw Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ in the Sacred Grove, and that he translated the Book of Mormon by the power of God. I know that the Book of Mormon contains more of the Gospel than any other book. I know that Jesus Christ gave His life for us so we can all be resurrected and live with Him again. I know that Jesus Christ atoned for our sins and that we can repent. I know that if we keep the commandments and follow His example we can have eternal life. I am so thankful to have Temples upon the earth. I know that there is important work for us to do. Families can be sealed together for all eternity. I know that if I live my life righteously, I can return to my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I know that I can be with my mother and father someday. I know that by living the gospel, I can overcome hard things in life and that I can be happy! I know that I can be an example to others by the way I live my life. I am never alone. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

Just do the best I can everyday. I try to present myself in a way my Heavenly Father would be pleased with. Life can be hard but all things work out in the end.
