Hi I'm Lauren

I'm from Philly and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I recently graduated from BYU with a degree in Early Childhood Education, and now live in Orange County with my husband and son. I enjoy photography, cross-stitching, reading, learning baby sign language, and playing with my baby. Though far from family, I keep close to my 5 sisters and parents through daily texting.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon makes me happy! My mom was baptized at the age of 19 and my dad had grown up as a member of this Church. Following the commandments and living what I learned from my parents and at church always felt right to me. There were trials in my life, but I've always been able to stay happy and positive because of the hope that Christ brings, and because of other members of the Church that show their love for me.

How I live my faith

I always strive to be an honest and trustworthy person. I take the values my family and church leaders taught me over the years, and live up to them. When I was 21, I spent eighteen months serving as a missionary, and couldn't have done that without God and Christ watching over me. They were there to send help when I needed it, and motivation to work my hardest.

What is faith?
