Hi I'm Emily

I'm a mom, I'm a wife, I'm a friend, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 21 years old. I just graduated from college with a degree in Sociology. I love to dance. I love being with other people and making friends. I got married young and don't regret it. I have a baby girl and enjoy staying home with her every day. I love opportunities to be creative but I don't feel like I am very good at the 'typical' creative things.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been so blessed in my life, I don't see any way that I would be where I am at right now without the Lord's help. He must have a plan for me and must want me to be happy. Being a member of His church helps me to continually recognize the Savior's hand in my life.

How I live my faith

In church I teach a class of three and four year old kids. To some people it may not seem very important but I think it is. How else will kids know unless they are taught. My baby girl is only 9 months old but my husband and I make an effort to read the scriptures and pray with her every night. Right now she may have no idea what we are doing or why- but as she grows she will know and understand the scriptures and see the answers to prayers in her life.

Can husband and wife be together forever? Do you believe that families will live together in heaven?

Emily
Husband and wife can be together forever, their children can be part of their eternal families. I know this because families are an eternal part of the Savior's plan. If we did not get to be with our families forever what would be the point of being with someone? Show more Show less
