Hi I'm Lucinda (Cindy) Turner

I'm a Mormon.I grew up in Missouri. Became a convert in New Mexico.

About Me

I am a disabled Nurse going to College to become a professional coder and with my nursing background that should be helpful. I am a mother of 2 sons and have 4 grandchildren. 2 by each son. I love my family they come first after Christ in my life. I love to fish and camp out in my travel trailer. I like to cook and when I get spare time I like to either chrochet, sew or quilt or bead jewlery. I am just a simple woman who enjoys serving her Lord and Saviour

Why I am a Mormon

I am mormon because it is not a religion it is a way of life. This is how God intended us to live. We are to follow Him and give to our fellow humans the kindness and love that Christ has shown us. I have only been mormon since April of 2010 and it has been great. I have recieved so much love from my fellow sisters and brothers of the faith and have learn to be happy as God intended us to be.

How I live my faith

I am going to College and a friend I met out there was drawn to me and she knew I was always happy and we got along well. I had invited her to a relief society activity and when I went to pick her up she was crying. I found out she was going to be living in a motel because she was having to leave where she was living. I prayed for 2 weeks and then asked her and her son to come live with me. I also have a calling as an assistant in visiting home teaching. This has been a real blessing for me to help others.
