Hi I'm Donna Grella

I'm a Mormon. I am also a convert; I grew up in NJ.

About Me

I am a 53 year old divorced woman, with 2 grown sons, 35 and 33. I am also an ovarian cancer survivor....5 years this April! I love animals, especially dogs. I love to read, go to yard sales, movies, etc.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a member of this church because I have never seen such a family-oriented, caring, compassionate congregation. I am a convert, and still have alot to learn. I know that this Church is true because I have received so many blessings since becoming a member.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by reading the Scriptures daily, and by trying my best, each and every day, to live righteously.

What are Mormon church services like? Are visitors allowed at church meetings? Can I attend church?

Donna Grella
The Church services are called a Sacrament Meeting, and all are welcome to attend. Children are part of the congregation as well. The Meeting consists of hymns, prayers, partaking of the sacrament (communion), as well as speakers. There are no donation requests at Meetings. There are other meetings that visitors are welcome to attend also: Sunday School for each age group beginning with 12 years olds Primary Meetings for children 3-11 A nursery is available for ages 18 months to 3 years Young Women meetings for those 12-17 Relief Society is for Women ages 18 and older Priesthood meetings are for males 12 and older.
