Hi I'm Kim

I love to hug people, I love to laugh, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland but spent four years of college in Nashville, Tennessee. I moved back to Maryland in 2007 and now work for the Federal Government. I will complete my MBA in June 2011 and then plan to figure out what I want to be "when I grow up". My biggest interests include Baltimore sports teams, rabbits (particularly my own) and Japan.

Why I am a Mormon

I always had an interest in religion and when I met my co-worker who was a Mormon I thought it would be fun to learn about something I knew very little about. He answered my questions and eventually suggested I meet with the missionaries. Through the lessons with the missionaries and the amazing love I felt at church I knew I wanted to be a Mormon. This church made me want to be a better person and I felt an undeniable sense that this is where I belonged, where we all belong. There has never been a stronger truth in my life and the blessings we receive from our Heavenly Father are the greatest joys in my life. I was baptized August 21, 2010 and that is without a doubt one of the most important days in my life and one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love this gospel, I love this church, I love our Savior and I love Heavenly Father and all his children. There is no greater happiness in my life than that which The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has brought me!

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith in all my daily interactions to love those around me because we are all children of our Heavenly Father. Within the church I help to serve the young single adults in our area through organizing activities and events for us all to come together and learn from one another and share our love for this church.
