Hi I'm Page

I love chocolate and walking my kids to school. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 5. I grew up in Salt Lake City but moved to California 8 years ago for my husband's career in the entertainment industry. It has been fun meeting "stars" and realizing that they are real people with interests and challenges similar to my own. One of the great things about living in Southern California is the opportunity to swim. It is my favorite form of exercise and recreation. My family, pizza, and a good book by the pool make for a great day.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was a child, my mom battled cancer for 3 years before passing away. Knowing that she is in heaven and that I will one day see her again is truly the height of joy. I am thankful that Jesus' sacrifice and ressurection make it possible for all of my relationships to extend beyond mortality. I love knowing that I am a daughter of Heavenly Father, that I lived with him before I came to earth and that I will live with him again. This perspective gives me joy and purpose.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to do good everyday. I know Heavenly Father loves ALL of his children so I try to treat everyone I meet with kindness. I pray daily and study scriptures so that I can keep things in perspective. I am the cubscout committee chairperson for the cubscout pack sponsored by our congregation.

Do Mormons regard the Bible as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Page
Definitely! The Bible teaches about Jesus Christ and His love and instruction to mankind from the beginning. Show more Show less

Can you tell me about Mormon customs: how you dress for church, what holidays you celebrate, etc.?

Page
We wear our "Sunday Best" to church. Dresses for the ladies, shirt and tie for the men. We celebrate Christian holidays (Christmas, Easter), national and state holidays, birthdays, anniversaries--any opportunity for cake! Show more Show less
