Hi I'm Jeremy

I'm a happy husband and father, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of two beautiful children. Together, they with my wife, make up my wonderful family. I am a first generation college graduate, and I've successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration degree as well. I hope to share my love of education with both of my children!

Why I am a Mormon

Both of my parents are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; however, that is not why I'm a member. I am a member of the Church because I know that Joseph Smith is a prophet of God, and that, through him, we received new scripture, and the Priesthood of God was restored to the Earth. I have prayed and asked Heavenly Father for my own knowledge, and He has given me a sure knowledge of the truth.

How I live my faith

I am currently the First Counselor in my ward's Young Men's Organization, Adviser to the 14-16 year old boys, and Assistant Scoutmaster to our Church sponsored Boy Scout troop. We have weekly activities designed to strengthen the boy's faith, and help them learn leadership and life skills to help them become responsible citizens, and good fathers and husbands someday.

What is faith?

Jeremy
To me, faith is when your heart tells you something your mind doesn't know. It's like that gut feeling that you just can't ignore that tells you that you're right, even when others may challenge your position. I have faith that the sun will rise tomorrow, even though there is no proof that it will. I have faith that Jesus Christ lived on the earth, was crucified, and was resurrected, and that He now lives, just as I have faith that my wife and children will be home when I come home from work each day. It's pretty simple, really! Show more Show less
