Hi I'm David

I'm a husband and a father. I'm a veteran. I'm a Christian. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

2010: I am a father and a husband. Fulfilling these roles well is the first priority in my life. My other interests include politics, guns and religion. (Not necessarily in that order) I have BA in Economics and Political Science. I just completed a deployment to Afghanistan. 2013: I am still here, still a father and husband, still learning and, I am happy to say, still a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

The more I learn about the church and the world in which we live, the more I realize that the answer to all of the problems that we face in our families, communities, nations and the world as a whole is contained within the Gospel of Jesus Christ and that His Gospel, in its entirety, is contained within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the best father and husband I can be. I also give ten percent of my income to the Lord as tithing as well as the cost of two meals every month to help people who may be in need. I also like to contribute to the other funds which the church has established to serve mankind. I live my faith by serving. Whether it is helping a neighbor with firewood, serving in the military or promoting public policy that will best serve the community.
