Hi I'm Andy

I love to travel and be with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the father of 5 daughters. I am the grandfather of 11. Our newest grandchild is adopted. I am a business executive in the field of technology services. I have worked for the same company most of my career. My wife and I have been married for 34 years. I love to be with my family. We enjoy sports, music, reading, swimming and just being together. We love to travel across the US and internationally. We have an RV that has been through 38 states. We have visited many historical sites where my children have learned first hand about important events. I have a testimony of Jesus Christ as our Savior and Redeemer, and love the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It brings happiness to my life each day, even when the troubles of the world are present. My faith helps me to understand that good will come, no matter what happens.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in Utah and my family have been Mormons for many generations. I had to find out for myself if I believed the doctrine of the church. I have read, studied, pondered and prayed. I have had spiritual confirmation that what the Church teaches is true. The values the church teaches have helped us raise our family to be well educated and good people. We still have trails in life, but through our faith in Jesus Christ we are able to get through the trials.

How I live my faith

Our family attends church every week. We pay our tithes and offerings. I am currently serving as Bishop of my ward. It is a non paid calling. I am responsible for almost 600 members of our congregation. This calling typically lasts for about 5 years.
