Hi I'm David

I'm a computer programmer. I'm a father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a computer programmer working for a local consulting company in my area. My wife and I were married in October of 2008 and we welcomed our son into our lives a year and a half later. I love sci-fi and playing games with friends and family. Most of all I enjoy being with my loved ones.

Why I am a Mormon

I was introduced to the church by my parents. They taught me the truths of the Gospel and how to live a better life. They also taught me how I can know the truth for myself. I am a Mormon because I have received a witness from God that this is his church. I received this by studying the Book of Mormon and asking our Father in Heaven if the book is true. The witness from the Holy Ghost was clear and unmistakable, that this church is his and that the Book of Mormon is true. The peace and happiness I've felt as I've lived the Gospel has also given me an additional witness that I am involved in the Lord's work.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to keep the commandments of God. Doing so has helped me be a much better husband and father. As we live the gospel, my family comes closer together and our home is filled with joy and happiness. As I serve others, I draw closer to my savior, Jesus Christ.
