Hi I'm Jared Isaac

I'm a full-time Missionary. I'm a brother and son. I'm a composer. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I compose music for the piano, and I love to do that with all of my heart. My whole life I've had a passion for music. I play the piano, clarinet and drum set, all of which instruments I've played in groups and competitions. I was born in Virginia, but currently, my family is living in Utah. I come from a family of 6 kids, and I love my family very much. I love to read books, and I love to learn. As well, some of my favorite memories were spent with my best friend in a junk yard and garage, working on cars before he and I left for our missions. Currently I'm serving as a missionary in the Massachusetts Boston Mission and I love it! How happy I am to be in the Lord's service at this time in my life. I was excited to find out just recently that my little brother accepted a call to serve a mission in Africa!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because my parents are. Simple as that. And I LOVE it. Since I was a child, this church has given me opportunities to grow and learn; to experiences difficulties and to find joy. I didn't question why I was a member of this church when I was a child. I was simply happy. As I grew, I started thinking hard about whether this church really WAS God's restored organization on the Earth. As I have studied the words of the ancient and modern prophets, as I've looked at the creations of the Earth, and as I've sincerely and intently pondered and prayed, I have come to feel that this church is right. I received that feeling for myself. Even though I don't know all things perfectly, and although I have not witnessed visions of Angels, I feel a firm confidence and peace that the direction of my life is pleasing to my God and that this is the right path to take. I cannot repay my parents for the way they've taught me, but I thank them here and forever. And that's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by keeping God's commandments. The commandments I follow are those set forth in the Holy Scriptures. If there is one thing I know with an absoluteness, it is that obeying the commandments of God brings true joy, and a lasting peace of conscience. I live my faith by being a missionary, and by serving my family.
