Hi I'm Jordan

I'm a magician, basketball player, singer and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Jordan. I'm 20 years old, and I've been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints my entire life. I enjoy doing many things. I love sports, especially basketball. I love music! The spirit that I feel when listening to good, uplifting music, is wonderful. I enjoy performing for others. I love to sing, and I love to do magic. I enjoy developing new talents. I know God gives us talents to help others. I love people! I enjoy understanding them, their likes, and dislikes. It brings me joy to see others happy. I have been blessed with wonderful parents, and great siblings. I'm the second oldest of 6. I have two brothers, and three beautiful sisters. I am currently serving a two year mission for the church. What a blessing it is to be out here serving a full-time mission for the Lord. I love it! When I return home, it is my plan to go to school, and work towards the field of Psychology. I also plan on eventually getting married, and having an eternal family of my own.

Why I am a Mormon

There are many reasons why I'm a member of the LDS faith. The first reason revolves around my testimony of the Savior Jesus Christ. Our church is centered on him. It His gospel, and when we follow his perfect example, he provides us with that lasting happiness we are all searching for. Another reason why I’m a member of this faith is because it provides me with answers to lives’ greatest questions. “Where did I come from?” “Why am I here?” and “Where am I going after I die?” Having answers to these questions provides me with peace, and with hope. It gives me direction, and something to work towards. The last reason I would like to mention, revolves around the family unit. The church puts an emphasis on building a solid family relationship, because we believe that families will be together forever.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through attending church, and through constant prayer and scripture study. These three things are so important, and they bring happiness into my life as I am diligently doing them. Another way I live my faith is by serving a full-time mission for the Lord. I have left my home for two years in hopes to find people who are seeking to find answers to lives’ questions. I know that this church contains the fullness of Christ’s gospel. As we follow his teachings, he will bless us, and we will see his hand working in our daily lives.
