Hi I'm Ryan D. Miller

I'm a Mormon. I'm a husband, father, and attorney.

About Me

I grew up in Los Angeles County and now live in Riverside County, California. I practice civil litigation and teach two classes at a local community college. I most enjoy spending time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

The Holy Spirit manifested to me that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is Jesus Christ's true church. That is the main reason I am a Mormon. Additionally, it is the only church where I have found answers to all of my spiritual questions. When I was young (about 10), my mother shared an experience where she received an answer to prayer and learned that the Book of Mormon was true. I prayed within a few days and asked if the Book of Mormon was true. I remember thinking that if God would answer my mother's prayers, he would have to also answer mine. I prayed as earnestly as I knew how and felt as though I received no answer. Within a couple of days, I picked up the Book of Mormon in my room and as I started reading, felt the Holy Spirit come over me and give me a witness that it was true. Since that day I have received many other answers to prayer as I studied and prayed. These experiences helped me to come to an understanding that God lives, answers prayers, and loves us.

How I live my faith

I serve as an Executive Secretary to the Bishop of my ward and visit families in my ward in hometeaching.
