Hi I'm Nathan

I serve in the United States Air Force. I'm a dad. I love the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love hiking in the mountains and being with my wife and little boy. As a missionary in Cincinnati, Ohio I shared the Gospel of Christ for two years. I serve in the United States Air Force in radio and satellite communications. I love seeing new places and learning new things.

Why I am a Mormon

I've had many experiences that have taught me God is always there. I have felt the Holy Spirit witness the truth of the message of the Gospel to me. I served a mission in Ohio where we were blessed to share the Gospel. I have seen first hand how the Lord can heal, forgive, and carry anyone through challenges. The reality of a loving and all-knowing Heavenly Father has given me strength and purpose through both good and rough times in life. The knowledge I have and the Savior I love is of far greater worth than all the treasure in the world. I witness that Jesus Christ is a real being and is exactly who He says He is. The Lord is at the head of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He leads us through His prophet and apostles and by the power of the Holy Spirit. The holy scriptures - The Holy Bible, The Book of Mormon, etc... - are words from God to give us direction in this life and teach us His will. The more in harmony I am with God's will the more peace and direction I can receive from Him.

How I live my faith

Every day I try to acknowledge God's hand in my life. I do this through prayer, studying the scriptures, going to church with my family on the Sabbath, and doing my best to live right and love those around me. Though we all come from different backgrounds and each have a unique perspective I choose to respect those around me and, when I can, share the truths of the Gospel of Jesus Christ - they are universal to all mankind no matter who we are. I know that is by my faithfulness and the grace of Jesus Christ that I am saved and can have eternal life with my family.
