Hi I'm Aaron
I'm a Marine Attorney. I have a wife and two daughters and I'm a Mormon.
About Me
I've got two little girls who are the light of my life--my oldest plays soccer and I am her coach. My youngest can do pull-ups on our pull up bar in the hall way, and is getting ready to be a Marine Corps Aviator when she grows up. We have been a Marine Corps family for about 3 years now. My wife and I met in South Korea as English teachers. She left to go to Mongolia on a mission for the LDS church. When she got home we were married and then finished up undergrad and I went to law school. I passed the bar in 2008 and the rest is history.
Why I am a Mormon
I have been a Mormon from birth--my parents were both Mormons and my relatives are all Mormon. I choose to follow the teachings of the LDS church because I know that it is true. The peace that I feel when I do what is right is amazing. I have felt this peace every time I do the dishes, or take my girls to the park, or do something nice for someone else. The Mormon church has taught me to do good, and I am forever grateful for the guidance and direction that I have received from choosing to align myself with the teachings of the LDS church.
How I live my faith
I currently work with the 16 to 18 year old young men in our congregation. I go on their camping trips and participate and lead their weekly activities. I have several families that I am responsible for in our congregation--I try to help them with their needs, spiritually and temporally. I have held other callings (billets...) in the church--I have kept records, helped new members, moved a lot of pianos and made a lot of great life long friends.
