Hi I'm Mason

I'm a soccer player, a red head, a graffiti artist, a huge Batman fan, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. I love playing soccer! Ive played it my whole life. I'm a huge sports fan. I love anything Nike. I enjoy doing anything outdoors, things like hiking, camping, snowboarding, moutin biking etc. I love drawing graffiti and listening to music. I'm a movie fanatic, and love to play video games. Batman is the bomb! Always has been always will be. But these things don't define who I am. It's through the life experiences that I've had that have helped me understand what my purpose is in this life, and how I can come closer to Jesus Christ. It's His love, and His Atoning sacrifice that helps me not only endure the trials of life, but to be happy while enduring them. I try to look at life as positively as I can. I find great joy when I put my trust in Jesus Christ, and try to better my self every day. I love my savior Jesus Christ so much. I love this Gospel, and it's teachings. It truly has helped understand who I am, and how I can be happy and live with my Heavenly Father again.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in a Mormon family. But that is not why I'm a Mormon. My whole life, my amazing parents have always taught me trust, and fallow Jesus Christ. They have always taught me to seek after His love and guidence. It is through his everlasting love and guidence that we are able to over come lifes challenges. Its through our savior Jesus Christ, and through His one true Gospel, that we are able to be with our families forever, and have eternal happiness with our Heavenly Father. That is why I'm a Mormon, because of the happiness and joy that it brings me. I know this Gospel is the one and only true Gospel on the earth today, I know that the Book of Mormon is true, I know that we have a living prophet on the earth today, and I know with all my heart and have no doubt in my mind, that my lord, and savior Jesus Christ lives, and that he loves us all very much :)

How I live my faith

The way I live my faith is pretty simple. I live my faith by trying my best to follow Jesus Christ, and trying to better my self everyday. By doing my best, and by striving to live my life by following the example of the savior, I find my self very happy, and very prepared for the challenges that life gives me. By living a life that God wants me to live, and by working hard and doing my best everyday, I am very happy.

What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

Mason
This is a question I have asked my self many times, and to be honest for most of my life, I never really understood or knew the awnser to that question. But as I got older, and began to experiance life, I relized that Gods whole inital purpose for us is to be happy. I began to relize something very unique, that in life, we all have different experiences, weather they be good, or bad, we need to learn how to rely souly upon Heavenly Father, and our savior Jesus Christ. I relized very quickly that I needed them to help me understand how to get through the hard times, and to be happy while doing it. God knew that this life wouldnt be easy, but thats why he gave us his beloved son Jesus Christ. Who, when he was on the earth, taught us by example how we can live our lives in such a way that brings us happiness. He sufferd for not only our sins, but our pains, our fears, and the hardships we all face in this life. He knows how we feel. And because he knows how we feel, he can help us over come what ever we are going through, no matter what it is. We go through trials to learn, grow, and become stronger and better. We learn how to become like our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, who is the author of all happiness in this life. So, it's my testimony that the whole purpose of this life, is to learn, and be happy. I know that with all my heart. Show more Show less
