Hi I'm John

Im a firearms inventor, Im a Grandfather, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of 3 children and 3 grandchildren. I am a retired mechanical engineer, who stays busy by fulfilling my church callings and volunteering as a scouting program. I also enjoy taking long rides on recumbent Trike ( a low 3 wheeled bike). I also happen to be an inventor! I have 12 patents in the Firearms field. Anything ranging from machine gun mechanisms, automatic cannon, rifles, a rim fire adapter that the military still uses today! I also spent time as a pilot and owned my own airplane. I love the freedom of flying in the skies and being free. I plan to build my own ultra-light aircraft soon!

Why I am a Mormon

Im a Mormon because i was born a Mormon, but you cannot be a Mormon just by birth. You must test and prove the faith yourself just as any convert. I tested it. Growing up in the Church you begin to understand little by little. I have seen the church in action. I have known a lot of people in the church and seen how the gospel blesses thier lives. Through a lot of prayer and study it all made sense to me and through the Power of the Holy Ghost i knew it was true!

How I live my faith

I Live my faith by learning more about the Gospel and by constant study. I learn to follow Christ by trying to help others, being a good neighbor and a good citizen. I have felt the gospel in action when i have been able to do service for disaster relief for Hurricanes in Florida and Tornado disasters in Alabama. I believe that doing service should be free because we love each other as Gods children. Serving others has blessed me with the opportunity to see the expression of people when you help them. The sincere gratitude displayed by these people helped me to love them and understand how God feels about his children.
