Hi I'm Barbara

I'm a Daughter, I'm a Friend, I'm a Student,I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love reading books! I also enjoy writing! I often spend most of my time studying (I am a law student) and attending church activities with my friends. Such activities bring me great joy! I love my family, I love my friends and I Love my Saviour!

Why I am a Mormon

I have come to know by studying the scriptures including the Book of Mormon who I am and why I am here. I'm Mormon because I know it is the church which contains the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ...I'm Mormon because I know that knowing and living the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the only way through which I can safely return back to my Heavenly Father and to my Saviour. It really is something to walk on this Earth each day, knowing who I am and to know that my Heavenly Father and Saviour love me... the peace and assurance that this Gospel brings is why I am Mormon. I know that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true!

How I live my faith

I live my faith each day of my life by continuing to pray to my Heavenly Father and studying the Scriptures each day. In addition to these, I have the privilege each day of ceasing opportunities to help those whom I come across who need my help in any way. I also have the blessing of serving in the church. I help organise activities for the young single adults in my area and some of these activities include service projects where we are able to go out into the community as a group to help those who are in need. Once a month, I visit with other sisters in the church. As well as enjoying the company, we are able to speak to each other on a given gospel topic which helps to strengthen our faith and our testimonies. All these help me to remember who I am each day and help me to remember my faith and to do what I came here to do.
