Hi I'm Guillaume

I'm a contemporary artist, I'm French Canadian, I'm young at heart, I'm a Latter-Day Saint.

About Me

I'm in my last year of study in a master of fine arts program. I work with video, performance art and installations. I'm a member of the board of directors of a local contempory art gallery. I love to bring a pinch of humour and imagination in the lifes of people who come to experience my art works. I strive to nourish the kid in me through all sorts of unusual, spontaneous and fun activities. I enjoy dressing up and playing pretend, dancing without reserve, laughing and singing with unexpected accents. I've been married to a wonderful wife for 5 years now and we enjoy playing with our daughter and our son daily. I still like to practice my skateboard skills everyonce in awhile. I like retro quebecois and french music. And maybe most importantly, I strive daily to build a personnal relationship with my Heavenly Father, so I can be at my best.

Why I am a Mormon

I have decided to know for myself if the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is God's true church when I was about 14. I grew up a member of the church, but never really had taken the time to have my own spiritual experience of it. I had been not so active in my faith for a few years and decided that it was time for things to change. I wanted real happiness. Through prayer and a lot of efforts, I had great personal experiences that defined my faith in Jesus Christ. I knew then and still do, that Jesus' church was restore to earth. I know that if I do my real best all my life, that I can find eternal happiness with my family.

How I live my faith

By doing my best everyday... I can't do more than my best anyway!

What is the Mormon lifestyle like? How do Mormons live?

My life is not so much different from anyone... I think it's just a matter of trying to follow Christ's perfect exemple, without of course being able to be perfect, but at least trying to do my very best everyday. Show more Show less
