Hi I'm Ross

Church has played a part of my decisions and how I live my life. It has helped me alot . I am proud to say I am a Mormon

About Me

I graduated High School two years ago. I half way through my church service mission. I am Autistic so I sometimes may not be in a good mood it is because someone has ticked me off and my Aspergers is acting up. I am an advocate for Autism and I support the cause to find a cure for it. I am open about my autism. Some people are shocked that I have autism and they would not suspect me of having autism.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? I am a Mormon because I was born with a less active mother but I have always lived with my grandparents so I have always had the church in my life. I had never really been into the church stuff until I served my mini mission and had started the reading the Book of Mormon. Since I have been home from my mini mission I have only missed two days of reading and they were my first two days back home. Since then I have read every single night. I have a strong testimony of the Book of Mormon. I know it is true because I ask every single night when I read to know the truthfulness of the book. I have felt the spirit very strong on the Book of Mormon

How I live my faith

How I live my faith? I try to live faithfully to the teachings of the church daily even though it may not happen I still try to do my best. One of the things that has helped me with the church is scouting I really wasn't into the whole scouting thing. But when it got time for me to do my eagle project that is when I started to like scouting. I had realized that what I had learned in scouting is things that you most people won't learn in life. So I am thankful for the scouting program. My callings right now are in this order Church Service Missionary, Ward Missionary, and Temple Baptistery Worker.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Ross
We are not required to serve a mission for the church. We are asked to give up two years of our personal life to serving the lord and to share the message of the gospel to those who not yet heard it. Show more Show less
