Hi I'm Todd Edwards

I am happy to say that I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

About Me

I am a happy and blessed man. I am a husband to a wonderful wife and father to four children. I work as a metallurgist. I enjoy the outdoors, reading, history, good movies, and great music. I am generally a private person, but will say publicly that I am a follower of Jesus Christ. He has done so much for me, I wish to do what I can to help others have the blessings that come from following Christ. I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

Since I was a child, I was shown great love by my parents and family. I trusted and naturally believed when I was taught about having a loving Heavenly Father who sent His Son Jesus Christ to be a Savior. I also believed that God sent prophets to spread the word about these important truths and the commandments that will bring us happiness in this life and a way back to God after death. As Christ said, if any man will do His [God's] will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God. I know this is right. By following God's commandments, I have come to know for myself that they are true. The Holy Spirit has let me know that God loves me and that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints is true.

How I live my faith

I act upon my faith in my everyday life. I strive to follow the golden rule and the two great commandments, to love God and my fellow man. I am happy to help other people. I spent two years full time teaching people in Atlantic Canada of Christ's gospel. I try to help people. I pray for the Spirit and try to follow when prompted.

What is Mormonism? OR What do Mormons believe?

Todd Edwards
Mormonism embraces all truth, so Mormons should be open to any principle that is true. Most importantly, we believe and agree that Heavenly Father has a plan for his children's happiness. Jesus Christ is the Savior. God is willing to make Himself known, including by modern Prophets. We believe in the gift of the Holy Ghost. We believe families can be forever. We believe we have an opportunity and duty now to live by the commandments of God that will bring us individually, as families, and as communities greater joy and peace. Show more Show less
