Hi I'm Keith

I grew up in Marietta and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I've just celebrated my 20th year anniversary with my Bride and Best Friend. A father of three beautiful children that keep me (especially my bride) very busy. My daughter attends BYU Idaho, one son in High School and my youngest son is in Elementary School. I enjoy my children's activities (football, basketball, baseball and scouts). When I do have free time, I like to spend it with the family, camping and catching up on some of my favorite college teams.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was around 1 or 2 my parents joined the Church and therefore I was raised in the Church. Regardless of my parents influence, as an adult, I quickly realized how wonderful and how joyful it is to raise my family in the Church. I know that Jesus is perfect. That Jesus Christ organized his church while here on Earth, that his Church bears his name and is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. He is the foundation of the Church with Apostles and Prophets back then and are here today. The "Fullness and Joy" I have being a member is unmeasurable.

How I live my faith

In my community, coaching and scouts with my sons are a few areas where I participate. In addition I am given opportunities during the week and each Sunday to work with the youth about spiritual topics that continues to strengthen my testimony as well. I have many other opportunities at church to serve others through responsibilities delegated when needed or better said "help those in need".

What is being a Mormon like?

It is like being a member of a large family. I having a daughter at BYU Idaho and having the church members in Idaho provides peace and when I visit they made us feel as loved and welcoming as the local members in my church here in Georgia. It is a true testament that Christ Church is the same everywhere on Earth, not a Church that is different at each location or with different names. Show more Show less
