Hi I'm Harriet.

I grew up in England, I want to be a Special Education teacher and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a university student from the a small town in the North East of England. I love to have fun with my friends, travel to new places and I enjoy running.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it's what makes me happy. My parents are both converts, meaning I was born into the LDS church. My testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ has grown and developed since I was a young child. I know that when I follow the teachings and instructions of the prophets and apostles, I am a happier person, and although this does not mean a challenge-free life, it does mean that I can rely on the Lord and my faith in Him to help me.

How I live my faith

In my hometown, there are no other members of the LDS church except for me and my family. This means that although travelling a longer distance to church on a Sunday, I enjoy attending my ward because it meant I could be surrounded by those who shared the same values that I did. I enjoyed teaching the young children in my ward concepts of faith and who Heavenly Father is. I am active in visiting the women in my ward and assisting them just as they help me.
