Hi I'm Caitlin Crandall

I'm a native Californian. I love to be active physically and spiritually. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a college graduate with a B.S. in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton, and recently certified as a Pilates instructor. In addition to teaching Pilates, I work as a physical therapy aide. I love to be active, and enjoy running daily with my friends. I was married in the San Diego temple in 2007 and now live with wonderful my husband in Orange, CA.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints since I was 8 years old. I've been so blessed to have been raised by my wonderful parents in this Church. Their testimonies and examples strengthened my own as I began to learn and grow more in the Gospel. As a young kid and through my teenage years I followed the commandments and was obedient to the Church standards. My sincere testimony of the truthfulness of this Church came when I began to participating in more Church youth activities. From ages 12-17, I went every summer to our region's "girl's camp." There we had so much fun and grew closer together, knowing that we all shared the same beliefs about our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. As I continued to follow the Church standards, attend weekly church, early morning scripture study (also known as seminary), go to girl's camp and study the Book of Mormon and scriptures on my own, my testimony grew. I have had many experiences in my life that have testified to me, through the promptings of the Holy Ghost that this is Christ's true Church. Christ is the head of our church, and we are lead by a prophet called by our Heavenly Father. I attend the temple here in Orange County, and learn more about the plan that our Heavenly Father has for us. I know what I need to do to return to Him, and how my husband and I can stay close to Him while we are here on Earth. I'm so thankful for the many prophets and members of our Church that have gone before me to establish his Church on the Earth again. I know this is God's true Church and I continue to see and feel it everyday in my life. I hope others can gain from my testimony and find for themselves this same knowledge of the truthfulness of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I am fortunate to work with the young women in my ward. I teach, most every Sunday, the girls ages 12-15. I also participate and help organize our weekly Wednesday activities with both the young men and young women of our ward. I love teaching the girls and helping them to grow their testimonies of our Savior Jesus Christ and our Gospel principles. It's so rewarding to share with them my experiences and my own testimony , and help these young girls learn and grow in their faith. In addition to being a Sunday teacher, I am also a visiting teacher. I have the the blessing and responsibility of growing my friendship with two wonderful women, and being there for them in any way they need me. I help fellowship them, and share words of support and friendship when I visit with them monthly in their homes and at church. I love my callings in our ward, and am grateful for the experiences and blessings the both give me.
