Hi I'm Mitch

I love my Family ,I like Pastries, I'm a Missonary ,and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was a missionary serving the lord in the Ohio Clevland Mission. Now I am home getting this straighten out so I my go back out and serve the Lord. After my mission I will start up school. I am learning how to be a pastry chief. I also love cake decorating, making Clay animations, Hanging out with Family & Friends, and just being a creative extraordinary College student.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the love that I have for my Savor Jesus Christ. Knowing how much God loves us that he has provided a way though Jesus Christ to come back to him humbles me. I know that ALL men can be saved if only they look to Christ, believe on his name, and fellow his example we can all live with God again. And the best part about all of this is its simple.

How I live my faith

I was serving the Lord as a Missionary without pay. A mission is how I pay tithing on my life for all the blessing God and Christ have giving me. I also love to serve others. I fell closer to God when I know I have brightened someone’s day. Even by just saying Hi. You never know what good can come from being nice to others and also by keeping a positive attitude. Even though I may not be able to go back out to serve the Lord I still feel the love that God has for me and I know the Lord is pleased that I am making sure my life is aligned with his will.

Why don’t Mormons have paid clergy?

Nope we do not have any paid clergy. All Callings (positions in the church) are filled with willing men and women who are called by the Bishop, Stake President, or a Higher General Authority to fill the positions. As Missionaries we are call of God by his Servant the Prophet Thomas S. Monson to teach and preach for two years of our lives. Show more Show less

What is the Book of Mormon?

The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. It is an ancient record that was keep by ancient Prophets in the Americas to be later translated by Joseph Smith through the power of God for our day. The name comes from one of the last prophets in the book. The book revels the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The crowing point of the Book of Mormon is when Christ visits the Americas as a resurrected glorified being. This Book dose not replace the bible or disowns it in any way. It is a perfect partner to the Bible. It adds to the gospel the Bible already contains and verifies the Bible. The Book of Mormon concludes with a great promise that those who read it and sincerely pray about it can know by the Holy Ghost that it is true Moroni 104. I know by reading, pondering, and praying about this Amazing testament of Jesus Christ that you will know by the power of the Holy Ghost the third member of the God head. So I testify that If this book is true and you received a peaceful joy in your heart, Then also The Prophet Joseph Smith was a true prophet, That Jesus Christ LIVES, That God speaks to us through modern day prophets and though personal prayer, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the one and only true church, and that these are the final days before the second coming of our Lord and Master Jesus Christ. I write these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen. Show more Show less
