Hi I'm Logan

I play basketball, and love to camp, wakeboard, ride dirt bikes and pretty much anything you can do outside. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am 6'5 and love sports. I played high school basketball and continue to play. I love the outdoors. Whether it is hunting or fishing or spending time out on the boat with my family I enjoy being outdoors. I am a pretty happy person and like to find the best in everything.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it makes sense! The Gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored to the earth through a prophet. The blessing of having a prophet means that we have the blessing of being able to understand clearly what our heavenly father expects of us. I also know that the teaching of Jesus Christ have blessed my family and my life personally. As I have obeyed the commandments I have a seen a direct cause and effect in my life with the outcome of any given situation. It has also been the same when I have not obeyed the commandments. Through study of the Book of Mormon we can know if there is a prophet and if this church is Jesus Christ's one and only true living church. I have done this and know it to be true. As I have studied the Bible along with The Book of Mormon I have seen things a different way and have felt a greater influence from God in my life. I can't imagine a greater answer to prayer than being able to see a difference in my life when I am following the teachings of Christ. I came to know that the Book of Mormon was true when I was having a hard time in my life and I had been praying to feel a peace and comfort that the things i had done in the past had been forgiven. One night after I had prayed I picked up my Book of Mormon and flipped it open and landed on a page that answered my prayer perfectly as I read. The spirit overwhelmed me and I was filled with peace and comfort. I knew my answer was from God and knew that if he spoke to me through that book it was true also.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be an example to all by living the standards and teachings of Christ. I try to serve others through service in the church and different callings and through acts of kindness wherever I am. I served my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for two years in Sacramento California as a missionary. I live my faith by continually trying to follow Christ's example and by helping others better themselves. I have come to know that following Christ isn't just a verbal agreement but a life style and I try to live that life style.
