Hi I'm Kari.

I was raised in a strong LDS family in Texas. I want to make the world a better place through Advertising. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music. Listening to it. Watching people perform it. Singing it. I enjoy watching reality dancing shows with my family (So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing With the Stars). I love being a college student and am grateful that I have the opportunity to receive such a great education. I'm excited for what the future holds!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family who were already members of the Church, but I had to develop my own testimony in order to want to continue living the gospel. I've had experiences in my life that have led me to grow closer to Jesus Christ as my Savior and Redeemer. As I have learned more and continually prayed for answers, I have come to know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is truly Christ's restored church on the earth today. It helps me make decisions in my life every day and it helps me understand what my purpose is on this earth.

How I live my faith

My faith affects every aspect of my life. Within our church, I serve as an emergency preparedness supervisor. This means that for those who live around me, I am responsible for making sure that they know what to do in case of an emergency. I have also served with the youth during the summers as a counselor at the Church's Especially For Youth program. They help me every summer to develop a greater testimony and they teach me things that no one else can. The youth in these days are amazing and have so much to offer. They have so much potential and I'm not even sure they're aware of that. I love having the responsibility to make them aware of that potential.
