Hi I'm John

I'm a Mormon. Theatre is my life. In college I created an improv group that brings laughter to my town.

About Me

I am a college student working my Theatre Arts Degree. I am hoping to become a Drama Teacher, and even work up to the acting buisiness. I love to play the Bass guitar, and I am currently working on learning how to play the Piano. I have been in numerous Musicals, and plays. I love to do Improv (the same thing that they do in Who's line is it anyway)

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because God led me to his church. I for the longest time was scared of death. scared that if we die that is the end, and nothing more. But one night I found myself with a friend talking about this very subject. and she knew all the answers, and it was easy for her to answer because she had an understanding about life after death that I never knew existed. When she talked, I felt something. It was indescribable. I know now that it was the spirit of the lord talking to me, telling me the truth. I that weekend met with the bishop, and that feeling was stronger than ever. That feeling led me to read the book of Mormon. and I can tell you it was rough. I had a hard time getting through it, however...One night I found myself so overwhelmed with this spirit...that it confirmed the truth to me. I know that this is the church of god. and thats why I follow this faith.

How I live my faith

I just recently returned from serving a mission to California. There I spent two years devoted to the lord and to his work. I gave up a lot to serve him, and every min was worth it. Because I was giving the best gift I can think of...The gift of Christ. I currently assist the ward where needed. Helping them with activities, and teaching where needed. My standards and faith are in everything that I do. I try to be an example...Helping those that are downtrodden. Giving hope is something that I live for, there is no greater feeling knowing you are helping your community by bringing lost souls unto Christ.
