Hi I'm Nate.

I'm the oldest of 15 children, a husband and father of four, a Thanksgiving Day Turkey Bowl football junkie, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in California as oldest of 15 children and son of an engineer-surfer Dad and do-it-all Mother. My wife, Kim, and I met at school in Utah where I played football for Brigham Young. After spending 12 years as a college football coach we moved to GA where I serve in a management position with an investment brokerage firm. Kim and I are proud parents of four children, 3 boys and 1 girl.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon primarily because I was raised in the church. My father was baptized when I was a baby and my mother has been a member of the church all her life. I have come to receive my own witness of the truthfulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ as taught in the Church. That witness means everything to me.

How I live my faith

My family and I participate actively in our local congregation. We attend services on Sunday and youth activities for the children on Wednesday evenings. I have served as President of the men's organization in our congregation and currently serve as an adviser to the youth. As a family we participate in regular family prayer and scripture study. We also dedicate one night a week as "family night" that helps bring us closer together and closer to the Savior, Jesus Christ.
