Hi I'm Noel

I'm a Surfer, a Single Mother, and a student. Yes, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was just a surfer, then I became a mother, which eventaully lead to my desire to do somthing more with my life, so I became a student. Going to college is hard, especially when raising a baby on your own (well I do have my mom to help, and of course the church).

Why I am a Mormon

Well, my grandparents were Mormon and they started taking me to church as a baby (I think they liked showing me off), untill about the age of 6 when my mom and I moved away. I did not go to church for a while. Then we moved back near my grandparents, they would invite me to church and I said no because I did not want to get up early on Sundays. Then at the of 14 I knew somthing was missing from my life and I slowly started going to church with them. I realized how great it truly was and what I had missed. I did not get baptized untill I was almost 16. My Grandpa was the one who preformed the baptizim and it was so special.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by looking for the good in the world, not the bad that's the simplist way to do it. Then you will see that we are all children of God and he has a great Love for each and every one of us!

What are Mormon church services like? Are visitors allowed at church meetings? Can I attend church?

The Sunday Church services are very up lifting. Sometimes we need spritual nurishment, just as we all need physical nurishment and that is what our meeting offer. We do not turn away anyone to come and join us in worship, no matter what your faith! We are all God's children and we invite you to come and investigate the church. Show more Show less
