Hi I'm Tamra

I grew up in a small town in Texas, I am a mother and wife and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am married the the most amazing man ever! and have the most adorable little boy. I grew up in a small town in Texas, competed in volleyball, basketball, softball and track. I come from an amazing family of ten children and amazing partents. I enjoy sewing, cooking, hunting, singing and playing the piano.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family who are active members of the LDS (Mormon) faith. I was blessed to grow up with these principles and ethics. As I began to understand that not everyone around me believed the same as we did, I realized more and more the blessing it is in my life. The more I live this gospel, the more I see blessing in my life and the love my Heavenly Father has for all his children individually. I know for myself that our Heavenly Father and his son even Jesus Christ lives. That he came to this earth and atoned for my sins so I can live with them again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to live every day by doing what my Heavenly Father would have me do. To know these things, I do as our prophet has counseled us, to read scripture daily say daily prayer and keep the commandments. I always try to be active in our ward through activities and church service and being consistent.

What do Mormons believe about family?

Families are eternal. That our family can be together forever if we all live worthy of our convents (promises/oath) made. These convents are made in the temples of God in this life. But also can be done for our dead who were unable to receive the gospel in this life. Show more Show less
