Hi I'm Jim

I believe in Jesus Christ. I know that he lives and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a member of the church most of my life. I am an avid motorcycle enthusiast (Biker) and love to travel. I also enjoy cooking and spending time with my wife in the service of others. I have five children (all grown) and two dogs.. When the opportunity presents itself, we like to ride in different countries. We have ridden in Canada, England, Wales, and most of the Uniter States. I fish when I can and hunt with my brother when the deer are fat. I spent a lot of my childhood years working on dairy farms and growing crops like soy bean and corn. I spend a lot of my free time now working with young single adults. I volnteer at the local Humane Society shelter caring for dogs and cats.

Why I am a Mormon

I was introduced to the gospel many years ago. I did not grow up in the church environment. I have not always lived the gospel as I do now. I had to learn many gospel truths before I could live as I do now. I am a Mormon because I have built a testimony of the truthfulness of the church and it's principals. I have sought my personal witness of the truth of the gospel. It can never be taken from me again. I am a Mormon because the gospel is true and I will never deny it.

How I live my faith

Day by day I strive to serve and help others who are less fortunate than I am. I believe in being in the service of my fellow man. I work with youth who are trying to improve their lives. There are times when the world gets to intense and I have to believe that the Lord will carry me through the troubled times. I rely on him to stand beside me and help me through my trials.
