Hi I'm Kristie.

I lived in Mexico for three years, I'm a missionary, I play the ukulele, I love to swim, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hello! I'm Kristie Alexander. I grew up in the bay area of California in a town called Livermore. I absolutely love my home! I love playing the ukulele, it makes me happy. Longboarding and cookie dough takes away the stress. Swimming is a must. I lived in Mexico for three years of my life, from ages 10-13, as my father served as a mission president there. Those were three of the best years of my life. I am more than grateful that my Heavenly Father blessed me with that opportunity. I attended BYU-Idaho for two and a half years and loved it there as I began my major in Elementary Education. Yes, I love love love kids. I am now taking a year and a half break from school, as I was called to be a missionary in the South Salt Lake Mission, now transferred into the new East Salt Lake Mission. Deciding to serve a mission is definitely the best decision I have ever made. I love it! I love the people I have met, I love speaking spanish every day, I love sharing this true gospel and everlasting happiness with others! Nothing beats this.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a Mormon, but this is not why I am a Mormon. I am a Mormon because as I follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, I am a happier person. I know this church is true because everything it has promised us is true. I am a Mormon because it has been witnessed to be that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is Christ's church on earth today. I am a Mormon, and could not be happier.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by living as God would have me be. I do so by following His commandments, showing charity, giving service, reading the scriptures, praying, serving in callings I am asked to, and anything else God asks of me; I will go and do. I am not perfect, but I strive every day to be more like my Savior Jesus Christ. How blessed am I to represent him as a missionary?!
