Hi I'm Carrie

I grew up in Utah. I now live in Georgia. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a wife and mother of two grown girls. I teach English as a second language in Georgia. Both of my daughters graduated in April 2010 in education also. Four days after graduating, my oldest daughter got married. That was an exciting and busy time for our family. Each Sunday I teach ten 4 year olds in Primary--talk about being busy! I enjoy reading, sewing gifts for friends and family, cooking with new recipes-old recipes too, and traveling with my husband.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised by wonderful parents who set the example of living the teachings of Jesus Christ. Being a Mormon, following the gospel principles, are part of every facet of my life. I know that as I follow the gospel of Jesus Christ, I receive direction and inspiration to make wise decisions. These right choices bring happiness to my life. I also know that I have been blessed with comfort and support during difficult times such as illness and death. Jesus Christ is my Savior. He knows me. He loves me. I am eternally grateful to Him.

How I live my faith

I have had the opportunity to teach all ages at Church. I am currently teaching 4 year olds every Sunday. I love teaching the little ones. I enjoy visiting three women each month with a gospel message and I join my husband each month visiting two families. These visits have generated friendships that we cherish.
