Hi I'm Brendon.

I live in Arizona. I am a 4th-grade teacher. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and father. I have a beautiful wife and my son is an energetic seven-year-old. I was born, raised, and currently live in Arizona. I am a 4th-grade teacher, and love to see when my students become excited about learning. I am inspired by the example of Jesus Christ, who served others with perfect compassion.

Why I am a Mormon

Jesus Christ said, "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28) Jesus Christ can heal each of us and bring us peace. I have felt that healing and peace in my own life, for which I will always be thankful. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is truly His church, and I am able to draw closer to Him by being a member of it. God is still a god of miracles, and the greatest miracle is the change that can happen in our hearts.

How I live my faith

My faith is the most important part of my life. Each Sunday, I attend church with my family, and partake of the sacrament in remembrance of the atonement of Jesus Christ. I have had many opportunities to teach others what I believe - in my own home, at church, and in the homes of other people. One special opportunity I have each Sunday is to play the organ for the congregation during sacrament meeting. Music has a special way to touch my heart, and to touch the hearts of others. I also had the privelege of serving a two-year mission in Hungary. I learned to love the people, countryside, and language of the Hungarians, as well as deepen my understanding and gratitude for my savior, Jesus Christ.
