Hi I'm Natasza

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Me and my husband have a new little baby, he is 17 1/2 months old and we love him very very much. I love reading, and my husband and son both LOVE cars. We don't get to go to the movies very much anymore b/c we are always so busy, but before the baby we always went to the movies. I was training to become a professional ballerina, but unfortunately I lost my job and I had to quit training. My husband was also training to become a professional UFC fighter but his appendix almost burst and he had to get surgery and its been really a hard recovery for him, but lately he has been getting back in the gym again. He's trying to fix up his Mitusbishi 300GT into a professional show car, it's taking a while b/c it is really expensive. I have started homeschooling our son, and I love it. It's so much fun watching him grow up. He loves reading too. My husband is also trying to get into the Air Force Officer Program. We really feel that would be a great move for us as a family, and a great way to show our appreciation and loyalty to the U.S. Currently he applied for the Electrical Engineering program at the local university. I love staying at home and doing arts and crafts and learning about nature and the world with my son. We are a great team.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized Mormon when I was around 8 years old. I lived with my mother who was raising me on her own. It was really difficult times for us. She allowed me to become baptized and she took me to the local LDS church and we went for a while. I loved going b/c I made a lot of good friends. The neighbor hood we lived in was not a good one. I was constantly picked on b/c I 'looked white'. I got rocks thrown at me while walking to school, girls were constantly picking fights with me, my 'friends' were only 3 girls and they would take turns stealing from me. The only peace I found was at church. For some reason my mother decided not to go to church anymore. And since I didn't have a way to church I stopped going as well. I was really little then. I got married when I was 25 (but we had to divorce b/c he was really abusive to me) at the time we lived across the street from a local library. I love reading, and I started researching about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I found this book (unfortunately I didn't write down the title) about Joseph Smith and how he found the gold plates and translated the Book of Mormon. It was his real diary entries from back in the 1800s. The pages touched my soul. It was like the words were glowing. It was so amazing, I knew then that Joseph Smith was our prophet and The Book of Mormon is real. I know this in my soul. I have been through a lot of struggles in my life and I got remarried and had a baby boy, but no matter where I am or what I'm going through I know Heavenly Father loves me and will protect me. I love going to church and my son thrives in the children's program. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has saved us, we are better people and a better family because of it.

How I live my faith

I love my faith, I get to work w/the little children in Primary. It is sooooo much fun. I love our program, we really care about the little ones. Children are so important and they are treated with respect and dignity. My husband also works on making the church pamphlets, he really loves it because he used to make comic books when he was younger. When we work for the church, we are not earning money. We don't want money. We are working for the Lord. We love are jobs, they are never burdens b/c the Lord always helps us and lifts us up when we need him. We love going to all the church functions, there is always potlucks or picnics or basketball teams or fun playdates to go to. We have a lot of fun, and have made a lot of bestfriends.
