Hi I'm Alex

I like a good laugh. I love my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving as a missionary for the church. I like electronics and cars, and I also like playing sports. I have plans to go back to college and study, and maybe go into a career in banking or teaching.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are both members so I was born into the church, but Im a mormon because I have come to realize the importance of Christ's church in my life, and I have seen the blessings and felt the happiness of following the example of our Lord and Savior.

How I live my faith

I live my faith currently by spreading it with other people, and trying to be a good example. I also try to make the scriptures (the Bible and the Book of Mormon) a part of my life by reading them and applying them.

Why do Mormons perform baptisms for the dead?

Mormons perform baptisms for the dead so that those who have not had the chance to have this saving ordinance performed for them during their lifetime can still recieve salvation. For me it shows the justice of God in the fact that baptism is required of everyone, and his mercy as well, in providing a way for all to recieve it. Show more Show less
