Hi I'm Mark

I'm a lifeguard, swimmer, and musician. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 22 years old. I just finished up a mission for the church in Argentina. I love music, sports, and my family. I am a full-time college student and work a part-time job. I love to swim, play ultimate, football, basketball, baseball, any type of sport really. I played trombone in middle school and high school. I love music, and I hope to have music in my future as more than just a hobby.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family. As I grew up, I didn't know any different so I was an active member of the church. In my early teen years I found out for myself that the Church is true. I no longer rely on my parents knowledge. Now i attend and live as a Mormon because I have found out for myself that it is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by daily scripture study and daily prayer. I pray to my Heavenly Father in the morning before I start my day, at night at the end of my day, and throughout the day I try to say little prayers of thanks for all I have as I am blessed. I try to be a better person each day. Lately I have been trying to focus on serving others. Being out at college it seemed like a lot was focused on me. Now that I am home again, I am anxious to become more selfless just like the Savior. I attend my Sunday meetings.
