Hi I'm Sue MacDonald

I grew up in Wyoming, reared 5 children. I am a Mormon

About Me

I am a wife, a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 15 beautiful grandchildren. Iove to crochet, write poetry, read, and spend time with my 4 sisters, and have big family get togethers. I worked as a crew dispatcher for the railroad and then as a administrative assistant in the medical field. I am retired and love having time and energy to share with others.

Why I am a Mormon

The Holy Spirit has testified to me that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true Church, patterned after the original Church that Christ organized when He was upon the earth. I am so thankful to have a living Prophet and to know that Jesus is at the head of the Church. Even when life gets extremely difficult, I can turn to the Lord and to my Church leaders for help and comfort. I know for myself how it feels to have your sins forgiven and to be free of them at last. It is my prayer that I can endure to the end and share my love of His Gospel with all those I meet along the way.

How I live my faith

I visit 6 sisters in our ward every month, not just because I am called to do so, but because I love them and look forward to our visits. I also teach Gospel Doctrine which is always a challenge but I am learning a great deal and hope they are, too.

What are some things that tell you there is a God?

Sue MacDonald
Everything around me testifies that there is a God. He created all things and if we take the time to stop and smell the roses, we will see Him in all of nature and in the hearts of most people around us. Our bodies alone are proof of His miraculous creative powers. Show more Show less
